This is your time to recharge, reconnect, and move your body in the most joyful way!


We are closing our bookings soon, if you would like to bring a friend, please let us know, we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Clothing & Shoes


  • Light activewear (for yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and dance sessions)
  • Comfortable trainers for fitness classes & light outdoor activities
  • Swimwear (for pool, spa, or beach time)
  • Casual day outfits (shorts, dresses, t-shirts)
  • A warmer layer for evenings (light jumper/hoodie, long trousers)
  • Waterproof jacket or light raincoat
  • Sandals/flip-flops for pool & spa
  • Danceshoes 'ofcourse' ;)

Wellness & Retreat Essentials


  • Refillable water bottle
  • Personal yoga mat (if preferred, mats provided on-site)
  • Journal & pen (we’ll provide a retreat notebook, but bring yours if you prefer)
  • Sunscreen & sunglasses
  • Toiletries & personal care items
  • Any required medication

Other Useful Items


  • Phone charger / power adapter (Spain uses Type C & F plugs – 230V)
  • A book or something relaxing for downtime
  • Small day bag for excursions or free time
