Dear LS community,

We wanted to share a little update with you as we make some changes to the way we manage our classes and communicate with our community.

After being part of the team, some of you may already know that Kat will be leaving us on the 30th September. Whilst we’re sad to say goodbye to Kat, we’re excited for her as she embarks on her next chapter and wish her every happiness for the future. 

With this change, we’re also putting a few simple processes in place so that everyone knows where to direct their enquiries and how we’ll keep you updated.

These changes will take effect from 1 October 2026

MEMBERSHIP & QUERIES

Please send all membership and enquries/queries by email: info@latinsoul.co.uk

Please do not send individual enquiries via WhatsApp to members of the team so we can keep everything organised and make sure nothing gets missed.

We’ll aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 9-6pm.

For urgent same-day credit or membership queries, or if you’re experiencing difficulty booking through the app or online, please come to class and speak to Elvira or me when you arrive and we’ll be happy to help.

CLASS BOOKINGS

Pre-booking is required for all classes, including for members.

If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, we strongly encourage you to do so. Once set up, it makes booking your classes quick and easy.

You also have the option of booking on arrival using the QR code available on the app.

CLASS REGISTRATION

Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can quickly check everyone in and get the classes started on time. Doors will open 10 minutes before the start of class.

CLASS UPDATES

We will continue to share any important class updates or changes in our community WhatsApp groups on the day of class.
