All levels welcome: no need to book in advance - Non-members welcome - Wear trainers - By attending to our classes you are certifying that you're in good health and have medical clearance to participate in our classes!
FEE: £8 pay as you go - £28 block of 4 classes - £48 block of 8 classes
NEW: 1 MONTH CHALLENGE REWARD CARD: This new system means that you will be rewarded when you attend our classes regularly. To complete your card and get your £10 voucher you must attend to 3 classes per week for 1 month.
